The quality of both the chocolates and the cardboard calendar are outstanding. The tree is substantial enough that I can see reusing it again next year- so only need to order chocolates.

Delivery is too slow
Dec 3, 2013 | By James Gernert
When I took advantage of a free delivery offer from you, I had no idea how long it would take to receive the item. I ordered it on Monday 11/25, and it isn't scheduled for delivery until 12/4. Seven working days is entirely too long to receive a package in this day and age. Since I still haven't received the item, I can't respond to the quality/condition of the item I ordered.
Owner Response:Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, ground shipments through UPS do not move on Thanksgiving Day and the day after, thus adding additional time for shipping. We apologize that it took longer than expected for the order to arrive.

I don't understand why a product listed as billed and shipped by UPS ground on 11/22 cannot reach its destination before 12/3. That just seems inordinately long. Thanks.
