Shipping
We’ll take the utmost care to ensure your chocolate orders arrive safe and fresh, no matter where your chocolates are going.
We ship all orders via UPS, and rates will vary based on several factors, including the size of the order, the destination(s) and the time of year. Please note that we will make every effort to ensure your order leaves our production facility on the date requested. However, once a shipment leaves our facility, factors beyond our control may result in your order arriving at its destination either sooner or later than expected.
Next Day delivery is available. However, orders must be placed by 11:00 am Pacific Time in order to be received the following day. Next Day orders received after 11:00 am Pacific will ship overnight on the following business day. Saturday deliveries can be made upon request and are subject to a Saturday delivery charge of $15.00.

Standard Delivery: For delivery by June 20th, orders must be placed by 11 am (Pacific Time) Wednesday, June 16, 2010
Next Day Delivery: For delivery by June 20th, orders must be placed by 11 am (Pacific Time) Thursday, June 17, 2010
We highly encourage you to schedule your shipment several days in advance of the shipping cutoff dates just to be safe. We also cannot be responsible for any delays due to weather, incorrect addresses or other carrier related delays.
Winter Shipping Options
November 1 – March 31
Standard shipping during these months is UPS 2nd Day, with standard shipments leaving our Portland, OR headquarters Monday through Wednesday. You may request 2nd Day shipments leave our facility on Thursdays and Next Day deliveries leave on Fridays, but such shipments will require a Saturday delivery fee.
Summer Shipping Options
April 1 – October 31
During warm weather conditions, Moonstruck Chocolatier will take extra precautions, including using appropriate packing materials to keep your chocolates cool, to ensure your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition. When temperatures in the order’s destination city or in the UPS hub cities reach 70°F, standard shipping is Next Day, with standard shipments leaving our production facility Monday through Thursday. You may request Next Day shipments leave our facility on Fridays, but such shipments will require a Saturday delivery fee.

Delivery is available in the U.S. only, and quoted rates are for the 48 contiguous states.
Additional charges apply for shipping to multiple locations with a single order.
Shipping charges are subject to change and may be subject to sales tax in some states.
Moonstruck Chocolatier is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

Moonstruck Chocolatier is unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO & FPO locations.
Moonstruck Chocolatier is unable to deliver on Mondays. This will ensure your chocolates are not left sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
Moonstruck Chocolatier is closed and cannot ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the day after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Day (and in some cases Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas).
