Recently named one of the best chocolatiers in North America, Chef Julian is a classically educated pastry chef and confectioner who is known around the world as an authority on chocolate. From his earliest days in his parents’ pastry shop through a professional career of more than 25 years, Chef Julian has made it his life’s mission to crack the subtle secrets of chocolate.
As Moonstruck’s Master Chocolatier, Chef Julian is responsible for developing new products, refining existing ones, and ensuring that our entire product line is of the utmost quality. Prior to joining Moonstruck, Chef Julian worked for a large European chocolate maker, instructing some of the world’s top chocolatiers and confectioners how to best work with chocolate. He now applies all those lessons in the kitchens of Moonstruck — to share them with you.
