Moonstruck Chocolatier’s First-ever Father’s Day Collection Features Spirits, Golf and All Things Chocolate

Portland, Ore. – (2010) – Moonstruck Chocolate Co. has launched its 2010 Father’s Day collection, a new line for the Portland, Ore.,-based artisan chocolatier, which includes new spirit-filled truffles, a golf collection and a specialty nine-piece collection with custom argyle packaging tailored especially for dads.

“People don’t traditionally think of chocolate for Father’s Day, but I think most dads would be excited to get a special gift just for them,” says Moonstruck chocolatier Julian Rose. “Holidays are important to us at Moonstruck, and this is the first time we’ve embarked on Father’s Day. We had great fun creating this new collection, ensuring that each chocolate was handcrafted with dads in mind.”

2010 Father’s Day Collection Highlights:

New! 6-piece Spirits Collection
Our new spirits collection features decadent dark chocolate ganache infused with dad’s favorite liqueurs. The Cognac Truffle is infused with Hennessy V.S. Cognac, the Port Wine Truffle is infused with Sandeman Founders Reserve Porto, and the Whiskey Truffle is infused with Bowmore single malt scotch whiskey. Celebrate Father’s day with a collection of our nine most popular classic truffles wrapped with a guy-friendly argyle paper, tied with a satin bow.
